Note

Very beautiful dark ruby colour. Aroma of cherries, morello cherries, slightly kirsche. Powerful, full-bodied and balanced wine with silky tannins, peaty, vanilla and toasted notes. A peppery finish with lots of freshness and a good acidity.

Vinification in Oak Barrels

Fermented in 500 liters new french oak open barrels, After pressing grapes, barrels are re-closed. There will happen malolactic fermentation and ageing for 15 months

Maturation 15 months in New French Oak

Alcohol Level 13.5% Vol
