AURORA WINERY
This boutique winery is located in the village of Rachkidde, North Lebanon (near the villages of Sourat, Helta, and Boxmaya).
Since it was established in 2002, the family has been growing their own vines in mountainous vineyards covering a surface about 2.3 hectares.
At an altitude of 850m, the Aurora vineyards are surrounded by hills of olive and oak trees, and overlooking the Jawz “walnut” river and the Mediterranean Sea. As a family, the Gearas have been growing vines for generations, but only until 2002, did they begin this wine journey.
