A well-balanced gluten-free Gin made with a blend of Juniper berries, Citrus peel, Aniseed, Rose, Licorice, Fennel seeds, Cinnamon and Lavender.

Upon tasting, you will first notice the classic piney and fresh notes from the juniper berries, swiftly followed by the bright and zesty citrus peel. The mid-palate reveals the sweet and herbal complexity of aniseed, fennel seeds, and licorice, creating a rich and layered flavor. The floral hints of rose and lavender then emerge, adding elegance and sophistication. Finally, the warmth of cinnamon lingers on the finish, leaving a comforting and well-rounded impression.

Juniper Berries: The backbone of any gin, juniper berries provide a distinctive piney and resinous flavor. This gives the gin its classic gin character, with crisp, fresh, and slightly woody notes.

Citrus Peel:, the addition of citrus peel introduces bright, zesty, and refreshing notes. This element enhances the overall crispness of the gin and adds a lively, tangy twist to the flavor profile.
