It has a lovely pale yellow colour. The nose reveal exotic fruits, Its elegant, well-balanced palate with good minerality, and notes or citrus, with a nice length.

Food Pairing

Serve at 10°C - 12°C. This wine is a perfect wine to start with as an aperitif,   with fish in sauce dishes, such as red mullet fillets with saffron sauce or a sea bass steak with lemon and dill sauce.
