Notes

A pretty pale yellow colour with light green tints, the bubbles are slim and delicate. 

A fresh bouquet typical of Mauzac with white flower, white fruit and scrubland aromas.

The initial mouthfeel has a good creaminess, this wine has a balanced and fruity palate with good length.

Alcohol Level 12.5% Vol
