Note

A classic Châteauneuf-du-Pape – bold, rich with oodles of red and dark fruit. It fills the mouth with a great structure, has a slight sweetness, and savoury nuances of leather, earth and turfy style. Finishing long with rich aromas of liquorice and unctuous red berry fruits from the Grenache balanced against the restraint and sophistication of Syrah.

Vinification

The grapes are destemmed then sorted on a table in the cellar. Cold maceration before fermentation in thermo regulated stainless steel tanks.
