AURORA The Village has a soft fruity nose with dominant notes of mature blackberries and a mouthfeel that is slightly tannic and medium-bodied. The palate is soft yet round with elegant ripe black fruit and hints of toasted almonds from the barrel ageing. 

Maturation  4 months in French Oak Barrels 

Alcohol Level 13.5% Vol
