Notes

It has a lovely pale yellow colour with golden highlights. The nose is floral. Its elegant, well-balanced palate shows good complexity. The wine is rounded, fresh and generous on the palate. The finish retains a nice freshness and length.

Food Pairing

Serve at 10°C - 12°C. This wine is a perfect wine to start with as an aperitif,   with fish in sauce dishes, such as red mullet fillets with saffron sauce or a sea bass steak with lemon and dill sauce.
