Notes

It has a lovely pale yellow colour with golden highlights. The very delicate nose reveals aromas of apricots, spice and vanilla. Its elegant, well-balanced palate shows good complexity. The wine is rounded and generous on entry revealing notes of ripe fruit. The spicy finish retains a nice freshness and length on the palate and concludes with notes of dried apricots.

Food Pairing

Serve at 14°C. This wine will pair perfectly with fish in sauce dishes, such as red mullet fillets with saffron sauce or a sea bass steak with lemon and dill sauce.
