Notes

This white wine has an attractive pale yellow color with green highlights. It’s made from several grape varieties, including Grenache, which brings fullness and roundness to the palate, as well as notes of white flowers, and Clairette, which brings floral aromas and freshness. Marsanne and Roussane bring stone-fruit aromas, while Sauvignon adds a zesty, peppery touch. The low-temperature vinification method favors strong aromatic intensity.

Food Pairing

Serve at 10°C - 12°C. This wine is a perfect wine to start with as an aperitif,   with fish in sauce dishes, such as red mullet fillets with saffron sauce or a sea bass steak with lemon and dill sauce.
