Notes

It is characterized by its intense, deep red color, and by complex and spicy aromas of ripe fruits and vanilla. Rich and full in the mouth with ripe tannins and a long aftertaste.

Ageing: Aged for 4 years, Two years in oak barrels and another two years in bottle. 

Food Pairing

Ideally suited to beef tartar, game, lamb, pasta in red sauce and yellow hard cheese.
