Notes

Red color with blue highlights, aromas of high intensity, red fruits, plums,
raspberries, with high complexity, in harmony with subtle aromas of vanilla,
clove, chocolate and aromatic herbs. Mouth full, balanced, with a high
intensity mouth aroma, with mature and discreet tannins, while the acidity
gives vitality and freshness. Aftertaste with aromatic intensity and duration.

Food Pairing

An ideal match for rich dishes with red sauce and spices based on beef and
game. It also goes well with aged cheeses of various kinds and cold cuts.
