Pale with grey and green tints. Note of exotic fruits and white flowers. The mouth is round with long and fresh final.

Food Pairing

Serve at 10°C - 12°C. This wine is a perfect wine to start with as an aperitif,   with fish in sauce dishes, such as red mullet fillets with saffron sauce or a sea bass steak with lemon and dill sauce.
