Notes

The nose is a complex mixture of varietal aromas from the make-up of the blend and secondary aromas from the ageing on the lees. this wine offers up aromas of white flowers (Hawthorn and Acacia), and white fruits as Pears and peach, which then evolve towards roasted, toasted and brioche-like aromas.

The wine is clean and lively on entry to the palate with a pleasant creaminess created by the fine bubbles. Fruity , buttery, and brioche-like flavours then emerge. fill the palate and provide length. Fresh and extremely elegant.
