Perfectly ripe chardonnay from old vines gives this Vaillons an oriental spice overtone. A mouth-watering, fresh palate with a slightly textured body that is clean and dry. Balanced and precise from start, mid-palate to finish. A pure expression of Chardonnay that can be enjoyed young (5 years old) and aged (10 years old).

This wine requires some airing in order to express its full potential.
